Wellness walks focus on selfcare in connection with the changing seasons, nature awareness, local heritage, digital detox.
Walks are graded easy-to-moderate and information on each walk includes fitness levels required and terrain we will be covering on the routes.
Create time and space for focus on selfcare in a beautiful nature environment. Diet, exercise, screen usage, stress management and emotional balance are discussed.
The walks are all graded easy to moderate and are done at a relaxed pace. If you are concerned about your fitness levels the easy walks are a great start.
The Glendalough walks will have a meeting point at The Glendalough Visitor’s Centre A98 HC80. Walks from other locations will list the meeting point, eircode and parking information.
Good walking shoes essential and warm waterproof clothing required. Bring drinks and snacks if required as not provided. Walks are for adults only. No dogs allowed.
The walks will vary from one and a half hours to three hours depending on the routes.
The Glendalough walks will meet at the Visitor’s Centre Glendalough: Aircode A98 HC18.
For all other walks, the meeting point will be on the booking form.
A car or public transport will be needed to meet at the starting point of the walk.
Some of the Glendalough walks will link in with the arrival/Departure of the St Kevin’s Bus from Dublin. www.glendaloughbus.com

Paid Parking is available at the Visitor’s Centre and the Glendalough Hotel. However, due to popularity, especially at weekends, spaces can be limited. There is also a free carpark in Laragh approximately 20-30 minute walking time to The Visitors Centre. Parking is all locations is done at your own risk and we advise not to leave any valuables in your car. Free On street parking can sometimes be available during the week.

Group sizes are limited to 5 attendees and all walks are fully Covid Compliant.
Yes for more extreme weather conditions the walks will be postponed if needed and the fee will be transferred to another walk or refunded. Cancelation will be confirmed the day before the scheduled date by text and email.
Walks can be postponed due to weather conditions or other unforseen circumstances. The organiser will attempt to give as much notice as possible and Fees will be transferred to another walk or fully refunded.
Walks vary in price. Tickets can be purchased online using all major debit and credit cards.
All walks are booked and attended at your own risk. The right to assess suitability for the walk remains with organisers.
All Walks are socially distanced in the open air and are fully Covid Complaint. Return to the Workplace Training completed.
Cancellation of walk must be done at least 2 full days before the scheduled walk to get a full refund or re-scheduled.
